Attach a suitable lifting device to exhaust mixer group (34). The weight of exhaust mixer group (34) is approximately 300 kg (660 lb). Install exhaust mixer group (34) on the frame assembly. Install bolts (38) and bolts (37).
Attach a suitable lifting device to converter assembly (35). The weight of converter assembly (35) is approximately 2000 kg (4410 lb). Install the gasket, converter assembly (35), and bolts (36). Repeat for the other side.

Install bolts (33) that attach converter assembly (35) to exhaust mixer group (34). Repeat for the other side.

Use two technicians to support manifold assembly (30). The weight of manifold assembly (30) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb). Install manifold assembly (30) and bolts (29). Install sensor assembly (32) and NOx sensor assembly (31) on manifold assembly (30). Repeat for the other side.

Ensure that plate assembly (27) does not fall over. Use two technicians to install plate assembly (27). The weight of plate assembly (27) is approximately 49 kg (110 lb). Install bolts (26) in plate assembly (27).
Use two technicians to install plate assembly (28). The weight of plate assembly (28) is approximately 61 kg (135 lb). Install bolts (25) in plate assembly (28).

Attach a suitable lifting device to housing assembly (21). The weight of housing assembly (21) is approximately 325 kg (720 lb). Install housing assembly (21) on the frame assembly and install bolts (24).
Install exhaust injector group (23) and bolts (22) in housing assembly (21).

Apply Tooling (A) to bolts (20). Install bolts (20) to connect housing assembly (21) to the exhaust mixer group.

Install catalysts (19) and catalyst support group (18). Repeat for the other side.

Install cover (17) and bolts (16). Repeat for the other side.

Install plate assemblies (12) and the bolts.
Install insulation assemblies (14) and (13). Repeat for the other side.
Ensure that plate assembly (15) does not fall over. Use two technicians to install plate assembly (15). The weight of plate assembly (15) is approximately 36 kg (80 lb). Install plate assembly (15) and the bolts.

Use two technicians to install plate assembly (7). The weight of plate assembly (7) is approximately 30 kg (66 lb). Install the bolts in plate assembly (7).
Install plate assembly (8) and the bolts on plate assembly (7). Connect the tube assembly to plate assembly (8).
Install plate assemblies (11) and (9) and the bolts. Install plate assembly (10) and the bolts. Repeat for the other side.
