Remove bolts (18) with the washers from brake control valve (5) .

Separate brake control valve (5) from the remaining manifold.
Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force.Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment.Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.

Remove the following components from brake control valve (5) : seal (19), bolts (20) with the washers and plate (21) .

Remove the following components from brake control valve (5) : springs (24), springs (25), pistons (23) and O-ring seals (22) .

Turn around the brake control valve. Remove the following components from brake control valve (5) : plugs (29), O-ring seals (28), springs (27) and spools (26) .

Remove plate (30) and two dowels (31) from manifold (36) .

Remove plugs (32) and O-ring seals (33) from plate (30) .

Remove tie straps (34) and seal (35) from manifold (36) .

Remove the following components from manifold (36) : coil assemblies (37), spacers (38) and nuts (39) .

Remove cartridge assemblies (40) from manifold (36) .

Remove O-ring seals (41) and (42) from each cartridge assembly (40) .
