Information:


Push down on the power mode control button in order to activate power mode.Note: The indicator light will be illuminated when power mode is activated.
Use the Monitor in the cab in order to disable the Automatic Engine Speed Control.
Select the "Performance" menu from the main menu on the monitor.
Select "AESC Status" from the "Performance" menu and change the value to "Inactive".
Press the "OK" key.

Joystick (front switch)
Disable the hydraulic modulation control, if equipped. Press the front switch on the right joystick in order to deactivate hydraulic modulation.
The air conditioning should be turned off for the following test.
Lower the stabilizers, the blade tip, and/or the implement in order to raise the front axle and the rear axle. This action will allow the wheels to turn freely.Note: All tires must be fully off the ground.
Fully extend the bucket cylinder and place the bucket on the ground.
Start the Electronic Technician.
Select the Engine ECM in Electronic Technician.
Select "OK".
Select "Diagnostics" from the main menu.
Select "Diagnostic Tests".
Select "Override Parameters".
Select "Travel Pilot Solenoid Current Override" and set the current to 0.8 amp.
Set the engine speed dial at "1".

Push down on the transmission control button in order to select FIRST GEAR. Note: The first indicator light will illuminate when the transmission is in FIRST GEAR.

Creeper speed control button located on the soft panel switch
Push down on the creeper speed control button in order to activate the creeper speed control.Note: The indicator light will be illuminated when the creeper speed control is activated.Test Procedure
Press the travel pedal to the FULL FORWARD position.
Check the transmission output speed and engine speed in Electronic Technician.
Compare the transmission output speed with the specifications in Table 2.
If the transmission output speed is not within the specification, refer to the "Adjustment Procedure" to adjust the maximum displacement.Adjustment Procedure
Start the engine.

Set the engine speed dial at "1".
Place the machine in a roading position.
Push down on the transmission control button in order to select FIRST GEAR. Note: The first indicator light will illuminate when the transmission is in FIRST GEAR.
Push down on the creeper speed control button in order to activate the creeper speed control.Note: The indicator light will be illuminated when the creeper speed control is activated.
Road the machine over a minimum distance of 1 m.
Stop the machine.
Place the service brake pedal in the LOCKED position.

Remove the cap from adjustment screw (1) .
Loosen the locknut. Turn adjustment screw (1) clockwise until there is no noticeable contact with the swashplate.
Continue to turn adjustment screw (1) counterclockwise one additional full turn.
Tighten the locknut.
Install the cap onto adjustment screw (1) .
Prepare the machine for testing. Refer to "Machine Preparation".
Retest the transmission output speed. Refer to "Test Procedure". If the transmission output speed values are not within the specifications, test and adjust the maximum displacement
