2. Remove the water lines (1) from the top of the radiator. 3. Remove the water lines (2) from the bottom of the radiator. 4. Remove the hydraulic lines (3), as necessary, to remove the radiator.5. Fasten a lifting device to the fan guard and remove the bolts from the fan guard. Let the fan guard rest against the engine.6. Fasten a lifting device to the radiator. Remove bolts (4) from the radiator supports at each side of the engine.7. Remove the supports at the bottom of the radiator and remove the radiator. The weight of the radiator is 915 kg (2015 lb). To install radiator, reverse the removal steps. Fill the radiator with coolant as necessary. Check the hydraulic oil. See the Maintenance Manual.
