start by:a) remove crankshaft pulleyb) remove oil pump 1. Put tool (A) and a hydraulic jack in position under the engine for support. 2. Remove two bolts (1) from the support assembly.
Do not lift the engine more than 1 in. (25.4 mm) or damage to the oil line connection can be the result.
3. Lift the engine with tool (A) and the hydraulic jack until the engine front support is not in contact with the frame. 4. Remove bolts (3) and engine front support (2).5. The following steps are for the installation of the engine front support. 6. Put engine front support (2) in position and install the bolts (3) that hold it to the trunnion.7. Put washers between the engine front support and frame. Install bolts (1) that hold each side of the engine front support (hand tight only).8. Lower the engine with tool (A) and a hydraulic jack until the front support makes contact with the frame.9. Tighten the bolts that hold the engine front support in position. Tighten bolts to a torque of 265 35 lb.ft. (360 45 N m).10. Remove tool (A) and the hydraulic jack.end by:a) install oil pumpb) install crankshaft pulley
