The exhaust heat shield has been removed for photographic purposes.
Remove bolts (1) and the washers. Pry flanges (2) on the elbows away from the air inlet manifold. Each cylinder has one elbow for inlet air.
Remove bolts (3).

Attach a suitable lifting device to air inlet manifold (4). The weight of air inlet manifold (4) is approximately 66 kg (144 lb).
Remove air inlet manifold (4). Installation Procedure

Attach a suitable lifting device to air inlet manifold (4). The weight of air inlet manifold (4) is approximately 66 kg (144 lb).
Position air inlet manifold (4) onto the engine.
