Installation Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Attach a suitable lifting device onto water pump (1). The weight of water pump (1) is approximately 27 kg (60 lb). Position water pump (1) onto the engine. Install bolts (6).
Install bolts (4).
Position elbow (5) and install three bolts (7).
Inspect the O-ring seal for tube assembly (2). Obtain a new O-ring seal, if necessary. Lubricate the bore of elbow (5) lightly with glycerin. Insert the O-ring seal into the bore of elbow (5). Insert tube assembly (2) into the bore of elbow (5).
Install clamp assembly (3).
Fill the cooling system with coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant - Change".
