The new 377-4844 Communication Software Gp has been released for the current production PL 121 (336-3545 Communication Electronics Gp ). This file cannot be used on previous production PL 121s (263-9088 Communication Radio Gp ). The new software for Product Link (PL121) can only be used to upgrade the 336-3545 Communication Electronics Gp to support PLVIMS. Existing PL321 systems do not require this update. PLVIMS applications do not use the PL300 ECM. Instead, the PLVIMS applications use the 285-1142 Electronic Control Module or the 351-8492 Electronic Control Module. Steps for flashing the New Software
Download the flash file from SIS Web.
Flash the PL121 336-3545 Communication Electronics Gp with the 3774844.smp file.Note: Refer to the above mentioned media for appropriate procedures on flashing the software.
After flashing the new software, adjust the internal Product Link clock to agree with the machine SMH as indicated on the hour meter.
