356-6721 Film The annunciator film kit comprises a modifiable 353-2443 Software for customer configuration of Genesys Annunciator event identification film insert. The installation of the customer configurable event identification film insert requires the use of (Caterpillar) (1) or 356-6645 Film Kit (FG Wilson) (2). The version of the 353-2443 Software is 3532443.xls. The 353-2443 Software can be obtained from Downloads/Additional Downloads/Gensys Annunciator Custom Language Film section of the SIS Web.Procedure for Installing the Film
Upon obtaining the modifiable software file, open the file and follow the instructions included in the file to make the desired modifications.
Print and trim the modified film insert
Position the insert into the custom film sleeve.
Remove the adhesive backing from the cover layer of the film sleeve and adhere the cover.Note: Press out any air pockets and bubbles from beneath the cover layer.
Firmly press the cover layer in place.
Clean the film mounting surface on the Annunciator.Note: The surface must be dry and free of dirt and oils.
Remove the adhesive backing from the custom film sleeve assembly and carefully position the custom film sleeve assembly on the Annunciator module.
Firmly press the custom film sleeve assembly in place.Note: A roller may be used to ensure complete adhesion of the film to the Annunciator module.
