Position bracket (6) on the track roller frame. Install bolts (7) .

Install carrier roller (3) on bracket (5) until the end of the carrier roller shaft is even on the bracket.Note: If necessary, adjust the carrier roller in order to align the roller with the track.
Install bolts (4) .

Use a suitable lifting device and raise the track off the blocks. Remove the blocks.
Lower the track onto the carrier roller.

Tighten relief valve (2) and tighten track adjustment valve (3) to a torque of 35 7 N m (26 5 lb ft).ReferenceIn order to adjust the tension of the track, refer to the procedure in Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Track - Check/Adjust".
