Disconnect hose assembly (1) and hose assembly (2). Disconnect harness assembly (3).

Loosen clamp (4) and disconnect hose (5). Loosen clamp (7) and disconnect hose (6).

Remove cable strap (8). Disconnect hose (10) and position out of the way.
Loosen clamp (9). Disconnect hose (11) and position out of the way.
Loosen clamp (12). Disconnect hose (13) and position out of the way.

Loosen clamp (14) and disconnect hose (16).
Remove two bolts (15) and position fuel filter base (17) out of the way.

Remove bolt (18). Position hose (16) out of the way.

Loosen clamp (19) and disconnect hose (20).

Remove bolts (23) and open radiator grille assembly (24).

Remove two bolts (25) and two bolts (26).

Close radiator grille assembly (5) and install bolts (4).

Install Tooling (A) and attach suitable lifting device to Radiator Guard and Support, Aftercooler, Hydraulic Oil Cooler, and Radiator assembly (27). The weight of Radiator Guard and Support, Aftercooler, Hydraulic Oil Cooler, and Radiator assembly (27) is approximately 553 kg (1220 lb).

Install Tooling (B) and attach suitable lifting device to Radiator Guard and Support, Aftercooler, Hydraulic Oil Cooler, and Radiator assembly (27).
