Disconnect harness assembly (8) .

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to cooling package (13). The weight of cooling package (13) is approximately 295 kg (650 lb).
Remove bolts (14) and remove cooling package (13) .

Open the grill assembly and remove eight bolts (15). Close the grill assembly.

Reposition cooling package (13) onto suitable blocking. Remove bolts (18) and remove bracket (16) from both sides.
Remove bolts (19) and remove guard assembly (17) .

Disconnect hose (20) .

Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to radiator assembly (21). The weight of radiator assembly (21) is approximately 113 kg (250 lb).
Remove bolts (22) and remove radiator assembly (21) .

Remove bolts (23) and remove plate assembly (24) .

Remove bolts (25). Use two people in order to remove aftercooler (26). The weight of aftercooler (26) is approximately 25 kg (55 lb).

Remove bolts (27). Use two people to remove oil cooler (28) from radiator (29). The weight of oil cooler (28) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb).

Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to radiator (29). The weight of radiator (29) is approximately 63 kg (139 lb). Remove radiator (29) .Install Procedure
Install cooling system package (13) in the reverse order of removal.
