The new software for the EMS III and the power train ECM contain the following enhancements that will improve performance:
Significant debounce time was added to event codes in the case of high/low voltage in order to reduce nuisance faults.
The new software eliminates the loss of calibrations and configurations on the power train ECM.
The new software supports new hardware for the power train ECM.The new software is effective with the following machines:

D7R Series II (S/N: AEC1883-UP; ABJ1637-UP; AGN1830-UP; EEA4-UP)The new software is adaptable to the following machines that were not built with MVP support:Note: For only the D6RSeries III, refer to Special Instruction, REHS3096, "Procedures For Installing Multi-Velocity Program (MVP) in the D6RSeries III" for updating machines with software that do not support MVP. Software for the engine, the power train, and the EMS III must be updated to the software in the following table.
