1. Remove right side panel assembly (1). 2. Remove cover (2).
Cover (2) is under spring tension. Remove slowly to prevent injury or loss of parts.
3. Remove spring (3) and plunger (4).4. See the SPECIFICATIONS for information on spring (3).5. Inspect plunger (4). Plunger (4) must not have any rough surface. Plunger (4) must move freely in its bore.6. Put clean engine oil on plunger and install plunger and spring (3). 7. Install cover (2).8. Install panel assembly (1) on the right hand side of machine.Remove And Install Oil Cooler Bypass Valve
1. Remove cover (1).
Cover (1) is under spring tension. Remove slowly to prevent injury or loss of parts.
2. Remove spring (3) and plunger (2).3. See the SPECIFICATIONS for information on spring (3). 4. Inspect plunger (2). Plunger (2) must not have any rough surface. Plunger (2) must move freely in its bore.5. Put clean engine oil on the plunger and install plunger (2) and spring (3). 6. Install cover (1).
