29. Install roll pin (92) and O-ring seal (91) in the housing cover. 30. Install pin assembly (90) in the pump housing as shown. 31. Install two O-ring seals (89) in the pump housing as shown. 32. Install swash plate (88) in the pump housing. Make sure the swash plate is correctly positioned on pin assembly (90). 33. Put pump housing (86) in position over housing cover (87).34. Assemble barrel assembly (78) as follows: a. Install nine bushings (85) in their original position in barrel (81). Install nine springs (84) and washer (83) on the barrel. b. Install ball coupling (82). c. Install nine piston assemblies (79) in their original position in plate (80). Install the piston assemblies with the plate in their original location in the barrel. Make sure the piston assemblies operate smoothly in the barrel and that all parts are seated properly.
Do not let the components in barrel assembly (78) come apart, during installation in the pump housing. If the parts of the barrel assembly are not seated correctly, damage to the pump will result.
35. Put the pump housing on its side as shown. Carefully install barrel assembly (78) in the pump housing and over the shaft. Make sure all parts of the barrel assembly are seated correctly after installation.36. install seven O-ring seals (77) in the pump housing. 37. Put the pump housing in a vertical position as shown, and fasten it to Tool (A).38. Install thrust washer (76).39. Assemble pressure and flow compensator valve (12) as follows: a. Assembly valve assembly (71). Install spool (72) in sleeve (73). Install piston (75) in sleeve (74). Install sleeve (74) on sleeve (73). b. Install valve assembly (71) in the body as shown. c. Assemble retainer assembly (66). Install O-ring seal (70) on the retainer. Install seat (67), spring (69) and retainer (68) in the retainer.d. Install retainer assembly (66) in the front side of block (63). e. Install the O-ring seal in block (63). Install the O-ring seal on case (65). Install case (65) and piston (64) in the back side of block (63). f. Put block (63) in position on the body as shown. g. Put cover (60) in position on block (63). Install four socket head bolts (59) that hold the block and cover ion position. Install adjusting screw (62) and nut (61). After installation of the travel pump, refer to
