1. Drain the oil from the hydraulic tank.2. Install tool (B) in the fender along with a hoist. Remove the bolts that hold the fender to the hydraulic tank and machine frame. Remove fender (1). Weight of the fender is 86 kg (190 lb.). 3. Remove ladder (2), air cleaner indicator (4), hose clamp (5) and guard (6).4. Remove clamp (3). 5. Remove bolts (7) from the pipes that are connected to the hydraulic tank.
Typical Example6. Install tooling (A) along with a hoist on the hydraulic tank. Remove bolts (9) at the base of the tank assembly. Remove hydraulic tank (8). Weight is 682 kg (1500 lb.). The following steps are for the installation of the hydraulic tank.7. Put hydraulic tank (8) in position on the platform with tooling (A) and a hoist. Install bolts (9) at the base of the tank assembly.8. Install bolts (7) that connect the pipes to the hydraulic tank.9. Install clamp (3), guard (6), hose clamp (5) air cleaner indicator (4) and ladder (2).10. Fasten tool (B) in the fender along with a hoist. Put fender (1) in position on the hydraulic tank and machine frame. Install the bolts that hold it.11. Fill the hydraulic tank with oil to the correct capacity.
