Removal Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Care must be taken to ensure that fluids are contained during performance of inspection, maintenance, testing, adjusting and repair of the product. Be prepared to collect the fluid with suitable containers before opening any compartment or disassembling any component containing fluids.Dispose of all fluids according to local regulations and mandates.

Disconnect harness assembly (2) from engine oil pressure switch (3).
Using a deep socket remove engine oil pressure switch (3) from oil filter head (1).
Remove O-ring seal (4) from the engine oil pressure switch. Installation Procedure

Install a new O-ring seal (4) onto engine oil pressure switch (3).
Install engine oil pressure switch (3) to oil filter head (1).
Using a deep socket tighten the oil pressure switch to a torque of 25 N m (221 lb in).
Connect harness assembly (2) to engine oil pressure switch (3).
