Start By:a. remove radiator1. Remove the cables from the battery terminals. 2. Install blocking under the propel pump and separate propel pump (1) from the pump drive. 3. Install blocking under the vibratory pump and separate vibratory pump (2) from the pump drive. 4. Attach hoist to the air cleaner. Loosen clamp (4) and remove two bolts (5). Remove air cleaner (3). Mark all wires before removal to identify for reinstallation.5. Remove propel control cable (6) from the engine. Remove wire (7) and two fuel lines (8). 6. Remove wire (9) from the fuel shut-off solenoid.7. Remove wire (10) from the water temperature sending unit.8. Remove wires (11) and wire ties as necessary. 9. Remove four wires (12) and ground strap from the starter and solenoid.10. Remove five wires (13) from the terminal strip. 11. Remove four engine mount bolts (14).12. Attach hoist and tool (A) to engine lift brackets and raise the engine slowly while watching for any interference until the engine is out of the machine. The weight of the engine and pump drive is 910 kg (2000 lb). For installation of the engine and pump drive, reverse the removal steps.End By:a. install radiator
