Serious injury can be caused if this pressure is not released before any service is done on the hydraulic system.Make sure all of the work tools have been lowered to the ground, and the oil is cool before removing any components or lines. Remove the oil filler cap only when the engine is stopped, and the filler cap is cool enough to touch with your bare hand.

Install O-ring seal (10) onto end cap (3) . Repeat Step 9 for end cap (5) .

Install wear rings (7) , end seals and backup rings (8) , and piston seal (9) .

Attach a suitable lifting sling and a suitable lifting device to the accumulators.
Install the accumulators onto the machine. The combined weight of the accumulators is 91 kg (200 lb).
Install two bolts (9) and the washers to the clamp assembly.

Install bolts (8) and the washers to the bottom of the mounting plate.
Connect tube assemblies (7) .
