View of sub-assembled adapter.27. Install 3J-1907 Seal (5) and 9S-4191 Plug (19) to 8W-5566 Adapter (15). Lubricate seal with fluid being sealed.28. Install 3K-0360 Seal (17) and 3E-6449 Switch (18). Torque switch to 61 7 N m (44.8 5.1 lb ft). Lubricate seal with fluid being sealed.29. Install 4J-0527 Seal (16) to the adapter. Lubricate seal with fluid being sealed.
View of disconnected hose assembly and partially installed adapter assembly.30. Remove existing hose assembly.31. Using four 8T-4223 Washers (20) and four 7X-0334 Bolts (21) install the adapter assembly.
View of 1U-5804 Crimp Tool.32. Cut three wires to length.a. Measure and cut one 5P-0659 Wire (yellow) (24)-16 gauge wire to a length of approximately 3 m (10 ft).b. Measure and cut one 6A-3361 Wire (black) (22)-16 gauge wire to a length of approximately 3 m (10 ft).c. Measure and cut one 5P-0648 Wire (light blue) (23)-16 gauge wire to a length of approximately 3 m (10 ft).
View of electrical connectors.33. Connect 5P-0648 Wire (light blue) (23) to 9W-0844 Socket (27) and install in 102-8807 Plug Kit (26). Use 1U-5804 Crimp Tool and 9U-7247 Wedge Removal Tool as required.

Use 6V-3001 Crimping and Stripping Tool and 6V-3008 Contact Insertion Tool as required.35. Connect 5P-0659 Wire (yellow) (24) to 7N-7779 Socket (30) and install in 7N-9787 Housing (29). Use 6V-3001 Crimping and Stripping Tool and 6V-3008 Contact Insertion Tool as required.36. Connect opposite end of 5P-0659 Wire (yellow) (24) to 2L-8079 Terminal (28). Use 9S-9150 Tool Assembly as required.37. Connect 6A-3361 Wire (black) (22) to 9W-0844 Socket (27) and install in 102-8807 Plug Kit (26). Use 1U-5804 Crimp Tool and 9U-7247 Wedge Removal Tool as required.38. Connect opposite end of 6A-3361 Wire (black) (22) to 2L-8079 Terminal (28). Use 9S-9150 Tool Assembly as required.
View of electrical connections.39. Connect the housing assembly to the valve group.40. Install 9G-9152 Clip (25).41. Connect the terminal of 6A-3361 Wire (black) (23) to the mounting bolt.42. Install housing into 9G-9152 Clip (25).
