1. Fasten tool (A) and a hoist to the ROPS as shown.2. Remove twelve bolts (1) and the spacers that hold the ROPS in position. Remove the ROPS. The weight of the ROPS is approximately 590 kg (1300 lb). The following steps are for the installation of the ROPS.3. Be sure the machine mounting surfaces and the ROPS mounting surfaces are free of paint and they are clean and dry prior to installing the ROPS.4. Install the ROPS in the reverse order of removal. Tighten twelve bolts (1) to a torque of 570 80 N m (420 60 lb ft).
