Mount 214-4780 Cushion (7) onto 207-1792 Cover As (6) .

Use four 9X-2044 Screws (5) in order to install 214-4782 Cover (8) onto 207-1792 Cover As (6) .

Use four 8T-4970 Bolts (4) and four 8T-4205 Hard Washers (3) in order to attach the existing bracket assembly (28) onto 207-1792 Cover As (6) .Note: An improved slider mechanism is available in order to reduce vibration in the control group. This new slider mechanism has four bearings. Refer to Special Instruction, REHS4136, "Procedure for Changing a Hydraulic Control Support That Has Three Bearings to a Hydraulic Control Support That Has Four Bearings" for required parts and installation instructions. This procedure is not required but this procedure is recommended.

(11) Joystick Control Gp (12) 313-2699 Control Harness As (16) 7K-1181 Cable Straps (25) Wire harness assembly
Plug the connectors on harness assembly (25) into the connectors on harness assembly (12) for control group (11). Refer to Illustration 15.
Use 7K-1181 Cable Straps (16) in order to group the wire harness together. Refer to Illustration 15.
Refer to Illustration 1, Illustration 2, and Illustration 3.
Use the existing hardware in order to install left hand housing (19) .
Use the existing hardware in order to install right hand housing (20) .
Attach knob (22) onto the lever for the slider mechanism.
Use existing hardware in order to install cushion (17) on the right hand armrest.Software Installation

Remove the cover behind the seat in order to gain access to the Electronic Control Module (ECM) (29) .Note: The 172-9391 Electronic Control Module will replace the existing ECM on the 824G (S/N: 4SN1-401) and the 825G (S/N: 6RN1-344) machines.

Unplug left hand connector (30) from the ECM.
