PROBLEM
Some remanufactured vane cartridges were tested to the incorrect test specification. Due to the improper testing, the cartridge kits may exhibit performance issues at high-pressure levels.

ACTION REQUIRED
Remove all remanufactured 0R1490, 0R4349, 0R7424, 0R7425, 0R7428, 0R8180, 0R8181, 0R8182, 10R1781 vane cartridges in parts stock with a date code prior to September 15, 2006. The date code is located on the part number tag on the outside of the packing box. The date code appears as a DDMMYY code (ie. D15M09Y06 = September 15, 2006).
