Use a suitable hammer in order to strike the washer and apply further torque to the three bolts. Continue to strike the washer and continue to apply torque to the three bolts until no loss of torque is evident.Note: Recheck the torque of the bolts after the road test. (2) Prime the cavity in the center of retaining collar with grease prior to assembly. Apply 1U-8846 Gasket Sealant to the mating faces of the retaining collar and the suspension frame. (3) Panhard Rod (A) Dimension ... 90° 1° (4) Tighten the bolts for the axle in the mid-travel position. (5) Do not prime the cavity with grease prior to fitting the A-frame to the machine. Ensure that no grease enters the tapered bore of the sleave. After the A-frame is fitted, grease the bearing until grease emerges at the seal.
