1 16 216-2211 Clamp Use the following procedure in order to tighten the clamps:
1. Center the clamps within the marking on the hose.
2. Orient the clamps so that the T-bolts are separated by 90 degrees.
3. Tighten the clamps to 10 2 N m (89 18 lb in).
2 8 6V-3917 O-Ring Seal Before assembly, lightly lubricate the bore with glycerine or approved equivalent.
3 4 321-5895 Shield As Do not crush the insulation shield assembly during assembly. Assemble the shield assembly with the springs and the hooks are at the top of the reducer hose.
4 8 6V-1943 High Temperature Bolt Before assembly, lubricate the threads and the bearing surfaces Loctite C5A Copper Anti-Seize.
Torque to 55 10 N m (41 7 lb ft).
