Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the radiator core. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator Core - Remove and Install".
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Remove bracket (1).

Remove bolt (3). Loosen clamp (2). Loosen bolts (5). Remove bolt (4).

Remove seals (8). Remove bolts (6) and (7). Remove radiator bottom tank (9).Installation Procedure

A - P80 Rubber Lubricant -

Place radiator bottom tank (9) in position and install bolts (7) and (6).
Apply Tooling (A) to seals (8). Install seals (8).

Install bolt (4). Tighten bolts (5). Tighten clamp (2). Install bolt (3).
