Neutral Adjustment for the Pump Swashplate

(1) System pressure gauge port (2) Servo port (3) Locknut and servo valve neutral adjustment screw (4) System pressure gauge port (5) Servo port
Use a low pressure line with a minimum pressure rating of 3450 kPa (500 psi) to cross over servo port (2) to servo port (5) .Note: This removes the effects of any control pressure on the servo piston.
Install test fittings in system pressure gauge ports (1) and (4). Install 8T-0857 Pressure Gauges in system pressure gauge ports (1) and (4) .
Start the engine and run the engine in high idle.
Activate the parking brake.
Loosen the locknut while you hold the adjustment screw (3) in position.
Turn the adjustment screw until the pressure readings on the gauges are equal.
Turn the adjustment screw clockwise until the pressure on one of the pressure gauges increases. Note the position of the wrench.
While you count the number of turns, turn the adjustment screw counterclockwise until the pressure in the other pressure gauge increases.
Turn the screw clockwise by one half of the number of turns that were counted previously.
While you hold the adjustment screw, tighten the locknut to a torque of 21 3.5 N m (15.5 2.5 lb ft).
Place the throttle in low idle and stop the engine.
Install the protective cap and remove the crossover line.
Repeat Step 1 through Step 11 for the other conveyor pump.
Perform the following procedure for the neutral adjustment for the electrical displacement control (EDC).Neutral Adjustment for the Electrical Displacement Control (EDC)

Located on the Side of the Conveyor Pump that Faces Toward the Front of the Machine (1) Adjustment screw and locknut for the left conveyor pump (2) Adjustment screw and locknut for the right conveyor pump
Remove the electrical connection from the right electrical displacement control (EDC).
Insert a 2070 kPa (300 psi) pressure gauge in each servo port.
Start the engine and run the engine.
Activate the parking brake.
Use a 1/2 inch wrench to loosen the locknut on the right neutral adjustment screw and locknut (2) .
Insert a 5/32 inch internal hex wrench into the adjustment screw. Turn the wrench until the pressure readings on the gauges are
