PROBLEM
The existing bolts for the rear bumper can break on certain 953D Track Loaders. If the existing bolts fail, it can result in excessive vibration of the bumper and may cause a failure of the bumper structure.

ACTION REQUIRED
Refer to the 271-1470 Bumper Group in order to locate the bolts.
1) Remove both of the 7X-2569 Bolts.
2) Replace the bolts with new 9X-6494 Bolts.
3) Tighten the 9X-6494 Bolts to a torque of 520 +/-70 Nm.
4) Paint the bolt head in order to protect the bolt head from corrosion.
