2) The rear mounting point is located on the left side of the frame. Drill a new 18mm hole in the frame. This location is shown on Images 1.4.1 and 1.4.2. Thread the new hole to M20x2.5.

3) At the front of the frame on the right side, drill 2 holes. This location is shown on Images 1.5.1 and 1.5.2.
- one diameter 20mm hole for the tank bracket
- one diameter 26mm hole for the lift cylinder harness

4) The front mounting point is located on the left side of the frame. Drill a new 20mm hole in the frame at the location shown on Images 1.6.1 and 1.6.2.

5) Weld a M20 6V-7742 Full Nut on each side. This is located on the external side of the frame for the fuel tank front mounting points. This is shown on Image 1.7.1.

6) On the right side of the frame, move the link used for the lift cylinder sensor harness. This is shown on Images 1.8.1 and 1.8.2.

7) Paint the area that has been reworked.
8) Install the new 372-6724 Shield Assembly.
C) Tank sub assembly
1) Transfer all of the components from the old fuel tank to the new fuel tank. This includes components such as the fuel sender, fuel filler and cap, and fittings. If the O-Rings are damaged, use 3K-0360 O-Ring Seals for the fuel lines inlet and outlet fittings. Use 7M-8485 and 6V-9746 O-Ring Seals for the fittings at the top of the tank. This is located where the hose between the two sides is assembled.
2) Install the new 372-4075 Shield Assembly.
D) Assemble the new tank to the frame. Refer to Images 1.12.1 and 1.12.2. Refer to the procedure below:
1) and 2) Install the brackets and rubber mounts with all of the bolts in place, without tightening. Insert as many shims as required between the fuel tank and the brackets, in order to remove all of the gaps. Refer to callouts 1 and 2 on Image 1.12.2.
3) to 6) Tighten the M20 bolts to 460 Nm. Refer to callouts 3 to 6 on Image 1.12.2.
7) to 10) Tighten the M16 bolts to 240 Nm. Refer to callouts 7 to 10 on Image 1.12.2.

E) Reassemble the machine.
Add a 133-3260 Spacer and use a 8T-4195 Bolt on the 2 bosses in order to avoid an interference with the new plate that is welded on the fuel tank. Refer to Image 1.13.1.
