Do not loosen locknut (1) or turn the adjustment screw. The relief valve setting is adjusted at the factory under controlled conditions that give the setting stability.
1. Drain the oil from the hydrostatic power control unit. Capacity is approximately 60 liter (15.9 U.S. gal.).2. Remove charge pressure relief valve (2) from the bottom of the pump head. 3. Remove O-ring seals (3) from the relief valve.Install Charge Pressure Relief Valve
1. Install O-ring seals (1) on the charge pressure relief valve. Put clean oil on the O-ring seals. 2. Install relief valve (2) on the bottom of the pump head. Tighten the relief valve until it is tight against its seat.3. Fill the hydrostatic power control unit with oil to the correct level.
