1. Use the backhoe control valve to put stick (2) in the extended position and carefully lower the stick on to tooling (A).2. Lower the bucket until the tips contact the ground. 3. Fasten a nylon strap and hoist to bucket cylinder (3).4. Remove pin (1).5. Disconnect hose assembly (4) at bucket cylinder (3). 6. Remove pin (5) and move bucket cylinder (3) away from the stick. The weight of bucket cylinder (3) is 52 kg (115 lb.).7. Disconnect hose assembly (6) at bucket cylinder (3).Install Bucket Cylinder
1. Fasten nylon straps and a hoist to bucket cylinder (1) and put the head end of bucket cylinder (1) in position in the stick.2. Install pin (2), bolt and nut.3. Connect hose assembly (3) to the head end of bucket cylinder (1). Fasten the hose clip to the bottom of the cylinder. 4. Install pin (5) through bucket linkage (4) and bucket cylinder (1). Install the washers and cotter pins. 5. Connect hose assembly (6) to the rod end port of bucket cylinder (1).6. Start the machine and carefully use the backhoe control valve to lift the stick off the support stand.7. Remove the support stand and carefully lower the bucket to the ground.
