Start By:
Remove the equipment pump. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Equipment Pump - Remove".Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.

Remove bolts (1). Place the equipment pump on wood blocks. Remove cover (2) .

Remove cartridge (3) from the body (4) .
Remove O-ring seal (5) from body (4) .

Note: Put an alignment mark across the cartridge for installation purposes. Note the direction of the arrows atLocations (X) . The arrows indicate the direction of rotation for the pump.
Remove bolts (6) from plate (7). Remove plate (7) from cartridge (3) .

Remove bushing (8) from plate (7).

Remove ring (9) from plate (10) .

Remove rotor (11) and vanes (12) from plate (10).

Use Tooling (A) to remove retaining ring (15) .

Use a suitable press to remove shaft (16) from body (4) .

Remove retaining ring (18) from the shaft. Remove bearing (17) from shaft (16) .

Use Tooling (B) to remove retaining ring (22). Remove seal (21) .
