Direct Injection Adapters
START BY:a) remove fuel injection valves 1. Drain the coolant from the cylinder heads.2. Make a separation between the push rods and rocker arms with tool (A). Move the rocker arms to one side. 3. Put identification on valve bridges (1) as to their location on the head. Remove valve bridges (1).4. Remove direct injection adapters (2) with tool (B).Install Direct Injection Adapters
1. Put liquid soap on the bore of the cylinder head and on seal (1).2. Put 5P3931 Anti-Seize Compound on the threads of adapter (2). Install adapter (2) and gasket (3) in the cylinder head. Tighten the direct injection adapter with tool (B) to a torque of 203 14 N m (150 10 lb.ft.). 3. Install valve bridges (4) in their correct locations.4. Make a connection between the push rods and rocker arms with tool (A).5. Check the level of the coolant in the engine.END BY:a) install fuel injection valves
