Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
Remove the pilot valve.

Remove bellows (1).

Remove setscrews (2), camshafts (4), and pedals (3).

Remove nuts (6) and setscrews (5) from pedal (3).

Remove bolt (7) and cover (8).

Remove bushings (9) from cover (8).
Repeat Step 3 to Step 5 for the other side.

Remove bolts (10) and cover (11).
Remove plug assembly (12).

Remove piston (18) from pushrod (17).
Remove pushrod (17) from plug (14).
Remove O-ring seal (15) and cap (13) from plug (14).
Remove packing (16) from plug (14).
Repeat Step 8 to Step 12 for the remaining plug assemblies.

Remove inner spring (19), outer spring (20), seat (21), and balls (22).
Repeat Step 14 for the other three remaining.

Remove bolts (23), plug (25), valve assembly (24), O-ring seals (26), and O-ring seals (28).
Remove spool assembly (27) and spring (29).

Apply pressure to seat (30) by hand. Put the end of spool (34) in the slotted opening of seat (30). Remove seat (30).
Remove spring (31), washer (32), and washer (33) from spool (34).
Repeat Step 17 to Step 19 for the remaining spool assemblies.

Remove plug (38), O-ring seal (37), seat (36), and ball (35) from the body assembly.
Repeat Step 21 for the other plug assembly.
