PROBLEM
The existing band clamp can be loose on certain 374F L and 390F L Excavators. If the existing clamp band is loose, it can cause exhaust gas leakage.

ACTION REQUIRED
Replace the existing band clamp with new 346-0334 and 346-0335 Band Clamps. Refer to Image1.
Location A: Install a new 346-0335 Band Clamp at the after-treatment inlet ball joint. Tighten to a specified torque of 35 +/- 2 N.m, with 75 RPM max wrench speed.
Note: For location A, refer to section C-C and ensure 10 degree angle.
Location B: Install a new 346-0334 Band Clamp at the turbo outlet ball joint. Tighten to a specified torque of 35 +/- 2 N.m, with 75 RPM max wrench speed.
