Observe level indicator (10). If the indicator shows "0" go to Step 14. If the indicator does not show "0", go to Step 13.

Use rear leg height switches (11) and (12) to level the rear of the machine. Level indicator (10) will show "0" when the rear of the machine is level.
Use front leg lower button (14) and rear leg lower button (13) to lower the machine until the rotor tips touch the protective material.

Ensure that the engine is operating in low idle. The high idle indicator light should be off. If this indicator is illuminated, press throttle control button (15) to operate the engine in low idle.

Move engine start switch (16) to the OFF position.

Remove the right and left rubber floor mats from operator platform. Remove six bolts and washers (17) and remove left platform center cover plate (18).
Remove eight bolts and washers (19) and remove right platform center cover plate (20).Note: The center valve is located beneath left platform center cover plate (18). The rear valve is located beneath right platform center cover plate (20). Remove both plates to allow access for adjustments to either valve.

Remove cap from port "TP-10" (21) on the rear valve. Connect Tool (A2) to the pressure tap in port "TP-10".Test Procedure
Move engine start switch (16) to the START position. Release the switch when the engine starts.
Operate the engine at low idle for a few minutes. Actuate throttle control button (15) to operate the engine in high idle.Note: The LED next to throttle control button (15) will be illuminated.

Monitor hydraulic oil temperature (22) on the operator display. Operate the machine until the oil temperature reaches the test temperature listed in the "Specifications" section.

On the display screen, press button (23) next to unlock icon (24). The lock icon will change from green to gray.

On the display screen, press button (25) to actuate moldboard icon (26).

If necessary, use decrease icon (27) to set the "Downward Pressure" to "0".
If downward pressure icon (28) is gray and on the left, tap the icon. The icon will move to the right and change to green.

Actuate moldboard float button (30). Make sure that float indicator (29) is illuminated.
Read pressure on Tool (A1). The pressure should be 0 kPa (0 psi).

Use increase icon (31) to set the "Downward Pressure" to "100".Note: Downward pressure icon (28) must be to the right and green.
Read pressure on Tool (A1). Refer to "Specifications" section for the moldboard downward pressure.
Press throttle control button (15) to operate the engine in low idle.
Move engine start switch (16) to the OFF position.

Remove Tool (A2) from port "TP-16" (21) on the rear valve. Install the cap on the pressure tap in port "TP-16".
Position left platform center cover plate (18). Secure with six bolts and washers (17).
Position right platform center cover plate (20) and secure with eight bolts and washers (19). Install the right and left rubber floor mats.Adjustment Procedure
