Manifold and reducing valve (pilot oil) (1) Manifold and reducing valve (2) Pilot manifold (3) Low pressure tapThe manifold and reducing valve is used to replace the relief valve for the low pressure circuit on machines that have reworked swing systems. The manifold and reducing valve is composed of a manifold block and a pressure reducing valve. The manifold and reducing valve is mounted near the pilot manifold and to the ceiling of the cab support.The pressure reducing valve limits the low pressure setting of the pilot system to 4500 kPa (650 psi).Note: Refer to the Systems Operation, "Relief Valve (Pilot)" for a description of the operation of the manifold and reducing valve. Use the version for the swing systems that have been reworked.
