Installation Of Pumps, Pump Drive and Lines Groups
1. Drain the oil from the hydraulic tank.2. Remove the covers necessary for hoist access to the pump drive.

(1). Implement pump pressure lines (2). Implement pumps (3). Pilot pump lines to filter (4). Pilot pump intake line (5). Swing pump intake line (6). Swing pump pressure line (7). Swing and pilot pumps (8). Pump lines mounting bracket (9).3. Remove implement pump intake lines (1). Set the lines, flanges, bolts and washers aside in a clean area.4. Loosen all high pressure lines (2) from the implement pumps and place the parts aside. Remove the remaining lines from the top of the pumps and set aside.5. Remove implement pumps (3) and set aside.6. Remove pilot pump hose (to filter) (4) and discard.7. Remove pilot pump intake hose (5). Save the flanges, bolts and washers that fasten the hose to the tank. Discard the rest.8. Remove swing pump intake line (6) and discard the line with the flanges, bolts and washers.9. Remove swing pump high pressure line (7). Save the 7X0347 Bolts and 8T4122 Washers and discard the rest.10. Remove the swing and pilot pumps (8). Use for parts service.11. Remove pump line mounting bracket (9) at the pump drive. Update the mounting bracket as per the separate article under the heading, New Lines Bracket Prevents Bolts Loosening In Pump Drive.12. Rebuild the pump drive. See, the Service Manual, SENR3898.13. Install the pump drive, swing pump and pilot pump.14. Assemble the new lines. Replace the O-ring seals, as necessary.15. Replace the 9T3083 Reducing Valve with a 3G2853 Reducing Valve.16. Update the 9T3350 Valve Group to the 6E5951 Valve Group. See the chart for the relief valve group for parts needed.17. Install the implement pumps and lines.18. Install all panels that were removed.19. Fill with hydraulic oil and test for leaks.
