Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the main hydraulic pump and the pump drive coupling.

Remove coupling element (1) .

Remove socket head bolts (2). Remove inserts (3) .

Fasten Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to flywheel (5), as shown.
Remove bolts (4) .
Dowel pin hole (3) is slightly offset. The offset dowel pin hole ensures correct installation.
Remove flywheel (5). The weight of the flywheel is 50 kg (110 lb).Installation Procedure
Check the condition of the dowels. If the dowels are damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Fasten Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to flywheel (5), as shown. The weight of the flywheel is 50 kg (110 lb).
Align the dowel with the dowel pin hole in flywheel (5) and install flywheel (5) .
Install bolts (4). Tighten bolts (4) to a torque of 570 60 N m (420 44 lb ft).

Position insert (3) .
Install bolts (2) .
Tighten socket head bolts (2) to a torque of 220 10 N m (162 7 lb ft).
