Connect the wiring harness for the lights at connector (H). Install two clips (F) that secure wiring harness (G). Refer to Illustration 3 and Illustration 4.

Assemble clamp (5) with tube (S) on the boom. Assemble hose (7) on the stick cylinder. Assemble tube (6) with hose (7). Assemble the tube with valve (2). Use clamp (C) and clamp (A) from Step 3 in order to assemble the tube on the boom.

Remove tee assembly (U) and loosen hose assembly (V). Disconnect hose (AA) .

Use seal (8) and seal (9) for the installation of two new tee assemblies (10). Reassemble return hose (AA) .
Assemble connector (11) with tee (10). Install hose assembly (12) .

Assemble two elbows (13) on pilot valve (2). Orient the elbows with a 20 degree angle.
Assemble connector (14) on the pilot valve return port.
Assemble hose (12) with connector (14) on the pilot valve.
Assemble hose (W) on the valve.

Disconnect hose (X) from the tee assembly. Assemble a new tee assembly (17) between the existing tee assembly and hose assembly (X) .
Assemble hose (16) with tee assembly (17) .
Disconnect hose (AB) from the elbow. Remove the elbow and replace the elbow with tee assembly (18). Connect hose (AB) with the tee assembly.
Install hose (15) on tee assembly (18) .
Install hose (16) on the outside elbow assembly (13) on the pilot valve.
Install hose (15) on the inside elbow assembly (13) on the pilot valve.

(19) 7K-1181 Cable Strap (W) Hose assembly
Use five cable straps (19) and secure the pilot hoses and the return hose with hose (W) .
