Self Test
A Self Test is initiated when the Key Start switch is placed in the START position or in the RUN position. When the Key Start switch is placed in the START position or in the RUN position the following occurs:
Power ON. The Instrument Cluster LCD illuminates showing information about the release and the firmware.
All gauges on the Instrument Cluster go to the middle positions. All indicators are still off. The gauges maintain the middle positions for approximately 0.5 second.
All gaugesgo to the left and all indicators turn on. The action alarm also turns on.
All gauges sweep to the far right. When the needles are in the far right position, all the indicators turn off. The action alarm also turns off.
All the gauges sweep back left.
All the gauges and indicators go to positions that are based on actual values.The self test may also be initiated via the service menu. This self test is referred to as the Self Test. When the Self Test is entered via the service menu, the following occurs:
All indicators turn on. The action alarm turns on. The gauges sweep to the far right positions.
All indicators turn off. The action alarm turns off. The gauges sweep back to the left.
All the gauges and indicators go back to positions that are based on actual values.
