Information:

To apply the brake, pull the control lever downwards and towards the operator. The brake is applied progressively with the downward movement of the lever. To release the brake, push lever upwards and away from operator.
Applying the Parking/Emergency Brake does NOT return the transmission to Neutral if engaged or prevent engagement of the transmission from Neutral.Do not leave the transmission engaged with the Parking/Emergency Brake applied and engine running. Release of the Parking/Emergency Brake will cause the loader to move.
Loss of pressure in the service brake air system does not automatically apply the Parking/Emergency Brake. The Parking/Emergency Brake force is proportional to the position the lever is moved to and the speed of lever movement.
Do not apply the Parking/Emergency Brake while the loader is moving except in an emergency. Using the Parking/Emergency Brake as a service brake will cause severe damage to the system.
Manual Release In Abnormal Conditions
1. Connect the anti-pivot link to hold the articulated loader frame rigid before working in the center pivot area.
Block the wheels securely so the vehicle cannot move.
2. Strike the yoke assembly cam at the position shown until the retainer tabs are bent back and allow the cam to rotate and release the brake.3. Have any necessary repairs made and reassemble the yoke assembly using 2 new 7V1940 Retainer before returning the loader to operation.4. Return anti-pivot link to carry position.Supplemental Steering Lights
These warning lights indicate malfunction of the steering circuits or the engine is stopped. The front warning light (main circuit) (1) should remain OFF whenever the engine is running. The rear warning light (auxiliary circuit) (2) should remain OFF whenever the loader is moving in excess of 3 km/hour (2 m.p.h.).
