Failure of the Engine Oil Cooler
Install a new engine oil cooler. Drain the crankcase and refill the crankcase with clean lubricant. Install new oil filter elements.Failure of the Cylinder Head Gasket
Check the cylinder head gasket. Start the engine and remove the radiator cap. Look for air bubbles in the coolant. Air bubbles are an indication of a faulty cylinder head gasket. Replace the cylinder head gasket, if necessary.Fuel Nozzle Adapter
Check the fuel nozzle adapter for tightness. Inspect the fuel nozzle adapter's seal and the O-ring for damage. Replace the fuel nozzle adapter's seal and the O-ring, if necessary. Coat the new O-ring with liquid soap before installation. Inspect the fuel nozzle adapter for damage. Replace the fuel nozzle adapter, if necessary. Apply anti-seize compound on the threads. Tighten the fuel nozzle adapter to 205 14 N m (151 10 lb ft). Failure of the Cylinder Liner O-ring Seal
Drain the oil from the crankcase. Remove the oil pan. Pressurize the cooling system. Check for leaks around the cylinder liner O-ring seal. Replace the O-ring seal, if necessary.Crack or Defect in the Cylinder Head
