Do not fill fuel filters with fuel before installing them. Contaminated fuel will cause accelerated wear to fuel system parts.
Note: Check all O-ring seals for wear or damage. Use new replacement parts, if necessary.

Position fuel filter base (4) and support assembly (14) to the engine.
Install bolts (13) and the washers.
Install the O-ring seals to each of the tube assemblies.Note: Remove each cap on each of the tube assemblies, as needed.
Connect tube assemblies (9), (10), (11) and (12) .

Position hose (6) and clip (7) on the fuel filter base.
Install bolt (8) and the washer.

Use Tool (A) to install upper fuel filter (3) and lower fuel filter (5) to fuel filter base (4). Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7204, "Fuel System Secondary Filter - Replace" for the proper procedure.
Open the fuel tank supply valve. Open the return valve for the fuel tank. Rotate the handles all the way in the clockwise direction in order to open the valves.
Close the hood. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Engine Compartment Hood - Lower".
