Disconnect harness assemblies (1). Pull harness assembly (1) and the grommet through the hood.

Loosen clamp (2). Remove exhaust stack (3) .

Remove bolts (4) .

Remove panel (5) .

Remove bolts (6) .
Remove bolts (7). Repeat this step for the opposite side.

Use a suitable lifting device to remove rear hood (9). The weight of rear hood (9) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb).

Remove bolts (10). Disconnect harness assembly (11) and remove the connecting hardware. Remove bolt (12) .

Disconnect hose (13) .

Disconnect monitor (14). Disconnect harness assembly (15) and remove the connecting hardware.

Disconnect hose assembly (16). Remove clip (17). Disconnect hose assemblies (18) .

Loosen clamps (19). Remove exhaust tube (20) .

Attach a suitable lifting device onto clean emissions module (21). The weight of clean emissions module (21) is approximately 162 kg (356 lb).
Remove bolts (22). Repeat this step for the opposite side.
Remove clean emissions module (21) .Installation Procedure
Install clean emissions Module (21) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten clamps (19) to a torque of 35 2 N m (26 2 lb ft).Note: Tighten clamps (19) with 75 rpm maximum air wrench.
Tighten clamp (2) to a torque of 65 5 N m (48 4 lb ft).Note: The gap in the clamp must not align with the slots in the exhaust stack.
