1. Support front idler group with lift truck forks (1). Use chain (2) to attach to forks (1).2. Remove bolt (3), retainer (4) and pin (5).3. Disconnect rod end (6).4. Remove two bolts (7) and remove two keepers (8).5. Remove two pins (9) and remove front idler group. For installation, reverse removal steps.End By:Install track.Disassemble & Assemble Front Idler Group 4159-015
1. Remove four bolts (1) and remove cover (2).2. Remove three bolts (3), locking plate (4) and retaining plate (5).3. Remove eleven shims (6), bearing (7) and bearing cup (8).4. Remove idler (9).5. Remove seal (10), bearing (11) and bearing cup (12).6. Remove two grease fittings (13).7. Remove bolt (14) and keeper (15).8. Remove pin (16), link (17) and terminal bushing (18). For assembly, reverse disassembly steps. Refer to the Specifications module Form KENR2873 for the bearing pre load setting procedure. All idler components must be cleaned and inspected before assembly. If any components are worn beyond recommended limits they must be replaced. Lubricate moving components with clean oil during assembly. Assemble idler with all new seals.
