It may be necessary to use a soft faced hammer to loosen and separate the inner hub (22). The weight of the hub is 188 kg (414 lb). 22. Use a brass drift to remove two bearing cups (23) from the outer hub (21).
Bearing cups (23) may be damaged if removed from hub (21).
23. Remove Duo-Cone seal (24) from the outer hub (21) and the inner hub (22) (not shown). 24. Remove lip seal (25).25. Remove bearing cone (26) from the inner hub (22).
