Use two people to remove lower grill (1) from the radiator guard. The weight of lower grill (1) is approximately 25 kg (55 lb).

Use two people to remove upper grill (2) from the radiator guard. The weight of upper grill (2) is approximately 25 kg (55 lb).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to radiator access cover (3) .
Remove bolts (4) that secure radiator access cover (3) to the radiator guard.
Remove radiator access cover (3) . The weight of radiator access cover (3) is approximately 79 kg (175 lb).

Disconnect hose assemblies (5) , (6) , and (7) from fan drive motor (8) .
Remove bolts (9) .
Position filter assembly (10) aside.

Remove center fan guard assemblies (11) and lower fan guard assembly (12) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to the fan drive motor, as shown.Note: The fan motor support will move outward when bolts (13) are removed.
Carefully remove bolts (13) that fasten fan drive assembly (14) to the radiator guard assembly.
Do not damage the radiator core during removal or installation of the fan group.

Carefully remove fan drive assembly (14) . The weight of fan drive assembly (14) is approximately 245 kg (540 lb).

Remove the bolts that secure baffle assembly (15) to the top of radiator shroud (16) and the radiator guard.
Remove baffle assembly (15) .

Remove the bolts that secure baffles (17) to the side of radiator shroud (16) .
Remove baffles (17) from the radiator guard assembly.
Remove the bolts that are across the bottom of radiator shroud (16) .Note: The bolts are not shown in the above illustration.
Remove the bolts that secure the side baffles for the radiator core to radiator shroud (16) .

Remove upper fan guard assembly (18) .

Right Side Lower Mounting Bracket
Remove the bolts that secure four mounting brackets (19) to the radiator guard. The mounting brackets are for the radiator shroud.

Attach a suitable lifting device to radiator shroud (16) . Carefully remove radiator shroud (16) . The weight of radiator shroud (16) is approximately 68 kg (150 lb).
