Attach a suitable lifting device to radiator shroud (16) . Carefully install radiator shroud (16) . The weight of radiator shroud (16) is approximately 68 kg (150 lb).

Right Side Lower Mounting Bracket
Install the bolts that secure four mounting brackets (19) to the radiator guard. The mounting brackets are for the radiator shroud.

Install upper fan guard assembly (18) .

Install the bolts that secure the side baffles for the radiator core to radiator shroud (16) .
Install the bolts across the bottom of radiator shroud (16) .Note: The bolts are not shown in the above illustration.
Install baffles (17) on the radiator guard assembly.
Install the bolts that secure baffles (17) to the side of radiator shroud (16) .

Install baffle assembly (15) .
Install the bolts that secure baffle assembly (15) to the top of radiator shroud (16) and the radiator guard.

Attach a suitable lifting device to fan drive assembly (14) , as shown. The weight of fan drive assembly (14) is approximately 245 kg (540 lb).

Do not damage the radiator core during removal or installation of the fan group.
Carefully install fan drive assembly (14) . The weight of the fan drive assembly is 245 kg (540 lb).
Install bolts (13) that fasten fan drive assembly (14) to the radiator guard assembly.

Install lower fan guard assembly (12) and center fan guard assemblies (11) .

Position filter assembly (10) and install bolts (9) .
Connect hose assemblies (7) , (6) , and (5) to fan drive motor (8) .

Use a suitable lifting device to install radiator access cover (3) . The weight of radiator access cover (3) is approximately 79 kg (175 lb).
Install bolts (4) that secure radiator access cover (3) to the radiator guard.
Remove the suitable lifting device and Tooling (A) from radiator access cover (3) .

Use two people to install upper grill (2) . The weight of the upper grill (2) is approximately 25 kg (55 lb).

Use two people to install lower grill (1) . The weight of lower grill (1) is approximately 25 kg (55 lb).
Fill the implement hydraulic system. Refer to the appropriate Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure.
Start the machine in order to check for leaks and proper operation of the fan drive motor.End By: Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
