1. Remove bolts (2) from heat shield (1). 2. Remove bolts (3) from turbocharger shield (4).3. Remove bolt (5), with the clip from turbo shield (4) and the return pipe. 4. Remove heat shield (1) and turbocharger shield (4). 5. Remove bolt (6), the clamp and the bracket (7). 6. Loosen clamps (8), and slide the hose from turbocharger (12).7. Remove two bolts (10), oil tube (9) and the gasket. Check the gasket and the seal for wear or damage. Replace if necessary.8. Remove two bolts (14), oil tube (15) and the gasket. Check the gasket and the seal for wear or damage. Replace if necessary.9. Loosen clamp (11), and disconnect air inlet hose (16).10. Remove bolts (13).11. Remove turbocharger (12) and the metal gasket. Check the metal gasket for wear or damage. Replace if necessary. For installation of the turbocharger, reverse the removal steps.12. Check the condition of the gaskets and O-ring seals used, if the gasket and seal are damaged, use new
